Matthew B asked:

My DILF was recorded in 2/2009 and finally they reported to the 3 credit bureaus. I pulled my scores today and on transunion my score was 893/990, Equifax(FICO) 685/850, Experian 687/990. I know they usually look at the middle score. I was never late on any payments and have a great credit history with medical letters from MDs stating the need for this to go through. Will the deed in lieu of foreclosure being on the credit report prevent me from getting another mortgage even if my scores are decent like these? Any advice is much appreciated.

Kelly
